Prices

  • Always on request, depending on the length of your stay
  • The reservation does not include the local residence tax of € 3.40 per night. Electricity, water, WiFi, heating, weekly cleaning and the use of bed and bath linen are included in the price.

To reserve

  • Reservations can be made via email or telephone.
  • Your reservation can only be created if we have all your data. See the appropriate form that we will deliver to you.
  • You always receive a confirmation letter with the total amount, the booking conditions and conditions for cancellation.
  • These conditions may vary depending on whether the customer is a company or private individual and whether it concerns international customers e.a.
  • We may request your credit card details and / or possibly a form of identification (a photo of the passport or identity card of the person who will stay in the apartment).
  • We reserve the right to verify your credit card.
  • We reserve the right to reserve a deposit of € 500 via your credit card. This deposit is released after checking the flat at the end of your stay.
  • For bookings for longer than 7 days, an advance payment is always asked before it is final.
  • Only when all conditions are met will access be granted to the apartment

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you should cancel, you owe us compensation;

  • This is for cancellation of stays up to 7 nights
    • 1 week before arrival date: 0% of the total sum
    • Less than 1 week before arrival date: 25% of the total sum
    • Within 48 hours before arrival date: 100% of the total sum
  • For bookings of stays longer than 7 nights
    • 2 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the total sum
    • Less than 1 week before arrival date: 50% of the total sum
    • Within 48 hours before arrival date: 100% of the total sum

Sub- or sub-rental is expressly prohibited. The stay (overnight) of more persons than agreed on the reservation is expressly not allowed without our permission and will be automatically charged. Failure to comply with this house rule may lead us to terminate the contract of stay prematurely.

Prostitution, trade and suchlike is not permitted. Nuisance will be charged and will result in immediate termination of the residence agreement. We use a zero tolerance policy.

Alcohol and (soft) drugs Alcohol abuse, and trade in and use of (soft) drugs are prohibited. We use a zero tolerance policy

Theft In the event of theft and / or deliberate destruction, we will always file a report with the police and will immediately terminate the residence agreement. We use a zero tolerance policy.

Times of departure and arrival are flexible. Check in preferably between 9 am and 7 pm but on request, if practically possible, also at another time. We would like to receive an email, SMS or phone call the day before arrival with the expected hour of check-in.

On the day of departure we expect a message (SMS / email / telephone) that the apartment has been left so that the cleaning service has access.

We keep forgotten items for a reasonable period. We do of course only send a package at the expense of the guest.

Key You will receive a key from the apartment and the front door. In the unlikely event that you lose your key during your stay, we are forced to charge € 50.

 

By booking you accept the house rules

House rules:

  • Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking. This means that you can not smoke anywhere in the building. In case of non-compliance with this house rule, at least € 200 extra cleaning costs will be charged.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Safety is very important, live our apartment as if it were your own home. Each apartment has a fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. It is strictly forbidden to remove or switch off the smoke detectors.In the event of improper use of extinguishers, an amount of at least € 1500, - will be charged.Any costs that arise when the fire alarm installation goes off unintentionally due to the guest's negligence, as a result of which interventions are required by third parties will be charged with a minimum of € 1500.
  • Technical faults In the event of a technical fault (however small), please report this as soon as possible.
  • Furniture Please do not move the furniture. This can result in unnecessary damage and wear of the furniture and floors.Should furniture be replaced by us, or damage repaired, this will be charged.
  • Linen Always use linen on the bed. If you fail to do so, the cleaning costs can be charged to you.
  • Household the right number of cutlery and crockery must be present in the apartment before departure.

 

Bedroom each bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed unless otherwise stated.

Television Each apartment has cable TV with international channels.

Internet You can make free use of WiFi throughout the apartment. The guest himself is responsible for any consequences of downloading files

Parking Parking is possible in the street. Paying between 9 am and 7 pm. It is free on Sundays and public holidays. A covered parking space can be requested, taking into account availability.

Liability guest:

  • The apartment will be checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive.
  • You will find an inventory list and a list with possible damage to your apartment in the information folder.
  • If you discover any damage or shortcoming on arrival in the house, please immediately alert us. If damage or shortcomings arise during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. Any actions can then be taken immediately so that the consequences, possible consequential damage and nuisance remain minimal.
  • Determination of extra damage after departure will be charged.
  • No one will maliciously damage anything in the house, but it can happen to anyone that something is broken.
  • The guests are liable for damage caused by them or visitors / visitors.
  • This does not include trifles, such as a broken glass.

The owner

We accept no responsibility for loss, accident, personal injury, medical costs or damage to goods caused by personal inattention or due to circumstances beyond our control.

In case of cancellation due to force majeure such as war, strike, natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, death etc. the guest can dissolve the agreement without compensation. Obvious errors and mistakes in a publication do not bind the landlord.

The owner has the right to inspect and inspect the home during the stay.

Stopping stay. Guests do not build up residence rights if they would book for a longer period of time. No domicile can be requested at this address.
